Shopping and a Surprise!

Me and Stina took the yellow bug to Uppsala today for a scrap meet/fair. I had two demonstrations for Cards of Maria, who also hosted the fair, and then we indulged in some shopping. This is what I came home with:

Cardstock, alpha stickers, bling awirls, clearstamps, dimensionals, two Martha Stewart punches and a new Copic blender pen.

I ALSO brought this:

The whole Cappella collection from Basic Grey!! Stina Sweetheart bought them for me as a gift instead of giving me money for the petrol! Isn't she the absolute sweetest?!?! I LOVE these papers and I was looking at them at the fair but decided not to buy them because I need to cut down on expenses a little bit. And she noticed that and sprang into action!! *teehee*

THANK you, hun!!!

We'll see what tomorrow brings - I have some cards and layout in my "to blog" folder on my computer, but it's mostly DT work and some challenge creations that can't be shown yet, so we'll see... ;-)

I'm so happy!!!

I've been showing you a few of my creations for the Scrapfever over at Magdas, and today the result of the whole competition was announced. I was so surprised to see that the winner was ME!!!



The competition was huge - lots of talented ladies to compete with, so it's still a bit of a chock to me...

I will show all my creations to the Scrapfever here, in one post, just because that I'm so proud:













There. One wonderful weekend and I'm ready to hit work again tomorrow!

Mother's Day Card

Mother's day is celebrated the last Sunday in May in Sweden (please correct me if I'm wrong!), and of course I've made cards for my mother and my mother-in-law. This is one of the cards - one that I made at the crop in Ärla last weekend:

YES!!!

I'll go visit the car salesman on Saturday, and if nothing is terribly wrong with this gorgeous yellow little car, I will drive it AAAAALL the way home!!!

Yep. I'm soo happy right now. Like a child on Christmas. :D

Focus on You

This layout was a double challenge - it's made after a sketch and it's made in under 30 minutes! I think I had 50 seconds left when I was done with it...

This is one of my favourite photos of Kajsa, and it was so much fun to scrap!

The weather here is gorgeous, and I really hope it will continue like this now - sunshine, blue skies and warm winds. Lovely!

My 10th picture

Malin has challenged me to post my 10th picture posted in this blog - of course I'm in!!

This picture was taken in 2007 when I moved into my present craft room - it shows how it looked like then.


Maybe I should take some pictures of what it looks like now? Well, it's not that different, just one more scrap table crammed in there, and some new supplies... Some. ;)
