Sommartävling på Pyssloteket

Pyssloteket har en sommartävling fram till den 20 augusti - kom och var med! En utmaning för layouter och en för kort finns - var med i en eller båda! :) 

Själv har jag inte skapat något inspirationsalster till tävlingen, men i mitt senaste inlägg i Pysslotekets blogg så finns det ett gäng ATC-kort som är lite inspirerade av tävlingen, även om ATC-kort inte ingår i tävlingen. Så här ser de ut:

Jag är omåttligt förtjust i fåglar och dessa stämplar är mina stora favoriter! :D

CAS @ Engström's Cyber Crop

Right now there's a crop hosted by Engströms Artstudio, and I've (so far) made a card. The challenge is Clean and Simple - CAS - and this is my card:

I just LOVE the dino stamps from this Lawn Fawn set, and the dies that go with them! They are actually my daughter's stamps and dies, but she lets me borrow them... ;)

March Challenge @ ARTastic

I just couldn't resist the challenge @ ARTastic's challenge blog, so from this inspirational picture:

I made this spread in my art  journal:

The only must-have was wood veneer, and as you can see on the detail picture, I have included a wood veneer couple on one of the pages. :) It was SO much fun to create this spread - I think I'll have to look for some more challenges... ;)

First post of 2016 and a challenge

This year's first post - welcome 2016 - may the year be a happy and creative one! 

I've just finished a card that I've made for the current challenge @ Scrap & ting - the challenge was to create something from a bingo card:

Top left to right: sewing machine - coffee stains - borrowed

Mid left to right: new - worn - wood

Bottom left to right: newspaper clipping - lace - shimmer

I've chosen new - worn - wood and I made this card:

I've used my new map stamp, I made the edges of the map look worn, and I added a little wooden aeroplane to complete my card. :) I coloured the map using my Distress Markers, and I attached the image to a black card base. Simple, yet not too simple.

December Challenge @ Hobbyworld

It's December! How on Earth did that happen? Anyway - before we get all crazy about Christmas and all that jazz - take some time to get crafty! Hobbyworld's December challenge is all about Glitter & Glamour!

My creation is a t-shirt for Kajsa - she wanted to have a Super Kajsa t-shirt, so I started up my Cameo and cut out some glitter heat transfer that can be ironed to fabric. This is what I ended up with:

Needless to say - she was over the moon! :D *phew* ;)

The Light of my Life - layout

Yet another post from me today - and this one is a layout where I have used my Cameo - both for the title and for some paper embellishments (in the background).

FYV 2015 - Lesson 3

I know, I know - I haven't done things in the right order - which is strange for an anal person like myself - but here is my first finished project in this summer's Find your voice workshop:

It's amazing what a bit of paint can do with you - I feel all happy and eager to do some more painting now! :D Happy that I have the weekend free for crafting! Yey!

Challenge @ Gummiapan

Gummiapan has loads of fun rubberstamps and I'm so glad I own at least one! This made it possible for me to join this month's challenge which has the theme SUMMER and you have to use at least one thing that can be found in Gummiapan's webshop.

I've given my new teacher's calendar a new look - some bright and summer-y colours (if you ask me) and the fun stamp with squares. Love it!
