Hello Hi - Flirty Frames from Lawn Fawn

Have you seen the gorgeous stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn? I totally adore them - they are so much fun to use and they come in like a gazillion different sets. Can I have them all? On Pyssloteket you can find a wide range of stamps and dies, and I happen to know that there are new stamps and dies on their way...

In the meantime I hope I can inspire you with this card made with "Flirty Frames" - stamps and dies:

List of supplies can be found in Pyssloteket's blog. Welcome!

Make your own PL cards

Today I have posted a tutorial on Hobbyworld's blog on how you can make your own PL cards with cardstock, stencils and paint (and some stickers). This is the result of the tutorial:

If you are curious about what I used and how I did it - please feel welcome to hop on over to Hobbyworld and take a look! :)

Hello, hello!

Today's post will give you two examples of cards with the same hello-die:

The first one was made during a crop in April - I had a little card making class and I made this card during that class. It was such a fun class and everyone made gorgeous (and very different) cards from the same things. So much fun!!

This second card is a bit more embellished - a coloured stamp from Paper Smooches, dies from Lawn Fawn and flowers and embellishments from Prima Marketing and Studio Calico.

Take care!

Birthday card for Nina

A birthday card with a mix of Lawn Fawn alphabet stamps, flowers (of course!), Tim Holtz stencils, distress inks and modeling paste. This was sent to my sweet friend Nina on her birthday in May - so I have forgotten to publish it here...! Ooops!

Life is a Journey - PL

Today I'm blogging a page from one of my PL-albums - one of the small ones:

The car was all new then - there were only a few kilometres on the mileage counter - I was sooo happy with my new car. I still love my car - it has taken me and Kajsa on a few adventures already...

Hello Beautiful

I found some unpublished cards, and I thought it would be a shame not to share them - the first one I'm quite pleased with, actually. Maybe because there are a lot of my favourite things on it - lots of white space, a gorgeous die - "hello", flowers and of course, some yellow! :)

The die and stamps are from Pyssloteket - it's a set called stamp & cuts from Hero Arts - they come in different word combinations and they are SO gorgeous and useful!!

This card is one of those cards that are good to have ready in case you have a friend who needs some cheering up. :)

A Challenge

A few weeks ago Malin visited me and we spent a day/evening crafting and watching the Eurovision song contest. We had a great time! We decided to push our limits a bit and we both picked out a kit with supplies to use and create something. Malin's kit had some very difficult patterned papers (for me), but I managed to create a couple of cards despite the challenge - here they are:

I just love challenges like this - even though I'd rather use favourite colours, favourite patterned papers, favourite embellishments. :)

Grow your happy - art journaling

Today's post is an art journal page - which you can see some more of in Hobbyworld's blog. I have played with some patterned paper, Prima's soft matte gel, Prima's watercolor pencils and of course some craft paint from Martha Stewart.

Challenge @ Gummiapan

Gummiapan has loads of fun rubberstamps and I'm so glad I own at least one! This made it possible for me to join this month's challenge which has the theme SUMMER and you have to use at least one thing that can be found in Gummiapan's webshop.

I've given my new teacher's calendar a new look - some bright and summer-y colours (if you ask me) and the fun stamp with squares. Love it!

Now, wish me luck! :)

A card with a cottage

Earlier this spring I made a card that my aunt asked me to do for a friend of hers. The birthday "girl" is a person who likes nature and to spend time in her allotment-garden cottage. I decided to draw a little cottage and to make the card as "dirty" and garden-y as I could, and I ended up with this:

June Challenge @ Hobbyworld

It's a new month and time for a new challenge @ Hobbyworld.

The challenge this time is easy - ANYTHING GOES - which means that you can create whatever you want in whatever colours and materials you want. Fun, right?

My layout for this challenge is this one:

A page that kicks me back about a year, when we walked the streets of Rome, enjoying blue skies, sunshine and lots of gelato! :D

What are you going to create?
