Clean & Simple Christmas Card

A short while ago I was invited to join a bunch of sweet girls for some crafting and one of the creations I made was this Christmas card:

I borrowed the stamp from Jennie and I totally LOVE it! I stamped it in black and used my Neocolor II crayons and a watercolour brush pen (from Prima Marketing) to colour the sky and the snow. The little stars are wood veneers from Studio Calico - of course from Pyssloteket. I wrote "Merry Christmas" in Swedish under the trees with a thin black pen and added black cardstock to make a frame, and that's that. I love clean & simple cards like this one.

I love to put little day-to-day happenings in my albums and Project Life is perfect for this. It does not matter if you like big or small albums - there is something for everyone. It depends on my mood what size I use on my albums, but I do like to alternate - today I'll show you two pages from a smaller album I'm working on at the moment. Time for a Break - Pyssloteket

Today's post in Pyssloteket's blog is showing a spread in my art journal using some of the new Distress paints - Wilted Violet and Ground Espresso being two of them :) Just love Distress paints - they are so easy to work with, and they blend so nicely together. I guess one thing I like about them and that is that they are waterproof when they are dry, which makes it easy to build layers without the colours turning into mud. :)
