School has started again (I work as a teacher) and I needed some new notebooks for planning and meetings. I usually buy cheap notebooks that I embellish myself, in that way I get them the way I want. This time the notebooks were black, so I thought that it would look nice with strong colours such as green and orange and some stamping in black. I have also used some of the new dies from Spellbinders to make a label with text on.
I always try to keep my notebooks as simple as possible, since they tend to get worn down quickly. If I had glued a lot of flowers on them they would probably fall off when I often stuff my notebook into my bag and pull it out again.
